Blaise Shann
Blaise is the Manager, Project Delivery for the Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project. Blaise has worked at Council for over 10 years and has led some of Council’s largest and most complex projects including the 2022 Flood Recovery Program, Russell Street Streetscape Refresh construction, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Interface, Mort Street Upgrade and Highfields Sports Park. Prior to Council, Blaise worked both for the State Government and in the private sector as a civil engineer and project manager. Before studying engineering, Blaise ran his family’s agricultural enterprises near Warwick. Blaise is also the 2024 IPWEAQ&NT Public Works Professional of the Year.
