The Bradfield Development Authority was established in 2018 by the previous Coalition Government to coordinate government, business and communities in the establishment of the new city of Bradfield and assist in its role to compliment the new Western Sydney Airport. This tour will begin with a brief in the new city’s Visitor Centre before we tour the new city centre, world–class infrastructure and employment lands which will eventually become the home to 20,000 jobs and 10,000 new homes. This $25 billion project is set to set a new benchmark in planning right across the globe.

Join a walking tour of a metro station cavern, where the future station will be built 30 metres underground. Hunter Street Station is set to serve as the Sydney Metro West line’s final stop upon its opening in 2032, and is predicted to be the busiest along the network. The new 24-kilometre line will double capacity between Greater Parramatta and Sydney’s Central Business District. Located in the commercial heart of the Sydney CBD, Hunter Street Station will become a new hub with easy connections to George Street, Light Rail, Sydney Trains services at Wynyard and Martin Place, and the new metro station at Martin Place. Following this, the walking tour will make its way to Barangaroo and include a morning tea.
Visitors must wear the following PPE on site at all times:

• Steel cap boots with laces
• PAPR Mask (provided)
• Safety glasses (provided)
• Orange hi-vis vest (provided)
