Morgan Spruce
Morgan Spruce is a senior Engineer with the Roads & Transport Directorate (a joint initiative between IPWEA NSW & ACT and Local Government NSW) and is responsible for assisting NSW councils to increase their level of asset management maturity.
Morgan has 16 years of local government engineering experience in environmental and civil design, construction, project delivery, asset management, and an interest in building the capability of the organisation to provide robust asset planning and deliver sustainable services to the community.
