Darcie Holmes-Smith is a Project Engineer based in regional New South Wales, with a civil construction career that began at sixteen and a half as a bridge and wharf carpenter apprentice for Roads and Maritime Services. She holds multiple qualifications, including Diplomas in Civil Construction Management, Leadership and Management, Project Management, and a Cert IV in WHS. She is currently studying her Associate Degree in Civil Engineering while working full-time and raising her young son.
