Anthony Allan is a chemical process engineer with over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater systems, currently leading operational improvement initiatives at TasWater. With a career spanning water and wastewater treatment, infrastructure design, and system optimisation, Anthony has played a key role in enhancing operations and driving innovation across Tasmania’s water sector.
At IPWEA 25, Anthony will present on TasWater’s innovative constructed floating wetlands project, sharing insights into its design, implementation, and environmental benefits. His talk will explore how nature-based solutions can complement traditional infrastructure to support sustainable outcomes.
