Tanja Conners
As the CEO of the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association (AustStab), Tanja Conners is a visionary leader in the field of sustainable infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Tanja commenced her career in the construction industry by completing a Fabrication Engineering Trade. Her expertise spans education and capability development, leadership and management facilitation and strategic project management, with a focus on business and change management.
Before becoming CEO of AustStab, Tanja spent 9 years with the Australian Flexible Pavements Association, where she commenced as Executive Director Knowledge and Partnership and later served as Chief Operations Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing educational capabilities and fostering partnerships within the Flexible Pavements Industry.
