Tanja Conners
As the CEO of the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association (AustStab), Tanja Conners is a visionary leader in the field of sustainable infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Tanja commenced her career in the construction industry by completing a Fabrication Engineering Trade. Her expertise spans education and capability development, leadership and management facilitation and strategic project management, with a focus on business and change management.
Prior to AustStab, Tanja held senior roles at the Australian Flexible Pavements Association, where she led major initiatives in industry education and partnership development.
