Victoria's Professional Engineers Registration Act has regulated civil engineers working in Victoria since October 2022. The Victorian Act aligns closely with Queensland's Professional Engineers Act. Moves are afoot to introduce similar legislation in NSW and harmonization across all three states would benefit the profession.
